Extensive Nursing Program
Our nursing curriculum can provide you with the professional knowledge and training to meet client health care needs in a variety of settings. Coursework includes instruction in:
- Human behavior, motivation, emotions, cognition, and personality
- Anatomy and physiology of the human body, including the skeletal, muscular, circulatory, nervous, and respiratory systems
- Pharmacological principles, including drug classifications, required nursing assessments, and patient teaching requirements
- Leadership and management skills as the provider of care, coordinator of care, and member of the profession
Certification Preparation
This program is also designed to help eligible students prepare for the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN) for licensure as a registered nurse.†

Earning an associate's degree from our nursing program can allow you to seek entry-level employment as a registered nurse (after passing the NCLEX-RN licensing exam) in positions such as:
